TV TITLE: The Regular Show
RATING: 4 Stars
GENRE: Animation
SYNOPSIS: The Regular Show is about two pals, Mordecai and Rigby, working for a park and having wacky insane quirky adventures.
Something that makes this show so great is the re-watchability. I can watch it over and over without having to feel weird about it, I can start on any season because it all feels comfortable and not as SUPER linear as other shows, which are heavily reliant on watching it all front to back. It's goofy, and it makes for really nice background noise. Although, similar to Adventure Time, it is a bit hard rewatching the beginning and agonizing pining that these characters go through.
In all seriousness, this show has some really good buildup, and something that makes me like it so much is the progression that takes place throughout. The characters have a great deal of relatability, and the character development is really nice as well (especially for Rigby). All in all, The Regular Show is a classic, and shouldn't be so dismissed.
